What to expect
Thirty minutes, on video. A few opening questions, a quick read on where your guest experience is strong and soft, and one concrete next step before we hang up.
What to bring
Nothing formal. A general sense of what prompted the call — a retention issue, an opening, a culture reset, a Michelin push — is enough to make the time productive.
After the call
Mark sends a short written recap with his read and, if the fit is right, a proposed engagement. No follow-up pressure — we take on a small number of clients at a time.
