Inquiry submissions
When you submit the Request-Audit form, NEXX receives the fields you provided (name, email, restaurant or group, role, city, timeline, optional budget, and your description of the challenge). We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we engage, to scope work.
Email delivery — Resend
Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes the message contents and your email address solely to deliver the email to NEXX. See Resend’s privacy policy for details.
Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative, to filter automated submissions. Cloudflare may receive limited browser signals during this check. NEXX does not receive identifying user data from Turnstile beyond a pass/fail signal.
Scheduling — Calendly
The Book-a-Conversation page embeds Calendly. When you interact with the Calendly widget, Calendly may set cookies and collect scheduling data (name, email, chosen time, and any answers you provide on their form) under their own privacy policy. NEXX receives the scheduling details to confirm and run the call.
Hosting and analytics — Vercel
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process standard hosting telemetry (request logs, IP addresses, user agents) and, if Vercel Web Analytics is enabled, anonymized page-view metrics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Rate-limit data
To prevent abuse of the inquiry endpoint, NEXX records a short-lived count of submissions per source IP address using Upstash Redis. These records are time-bound and not used for profiling.
What we do not do
NEXX does not sell your information. We do not use inquiry submissions for marketing lists. We do not share your data with third parties except the processors named above (and only as required to deliver the service you requested).

For data access, correction, or deletion requests, email mark@nexxhospitality.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
