The NEXX name, the ARCC Framework, and all original copy, imagery, and design on this site are the intellectual property of NEXX. The ARCC Framework is a trademark of NEXX. You may reference NEXX with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial portions of this site or repackage the ARC Framework as your own.
Third-party services
The site embeds Calendly for scheduling and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and is hosted on Vercel. Interactions with those services are governed by their own terms.
Engagement terms
Submitting the inquiry form or booking a conversation does not create an advisory or consulting relationship. Engagements are established only by a separate, signed written agreement between NEXX and the client that covers scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and term.
